Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Opened consumable products (whitening strips, toothpaste, creams) are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons
• Electronic devices must be returned with all original accessories

How to Return

Email us at blamx626@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you the result. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Return Shipping

Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable service — we can't guarantee receipt otherwise.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received something damaged? Email us at blamx626@gmail.com immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
