Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
LAMBAC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
- Check around your property and with neighbors
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
- Email us at blamx626@gmail.com and we’ll help investigate
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, email us at blamx626@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us at blamx626@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipment.
